Is this normal for a baby is teething or sick?

My son is 6 1 / 2 months and has started three months ago. Without teeth come through. She gave us her doctor recommended Tylenol dosage for children. However, during the last two days has been unusually fussy and sleeps a lot. I realized frontal air hole is a bit hollow now. We tried to give him Pedialyte, but screams and pushes the bottle. I think it is because your gums Hurt So Bad. The only thing that will eat the stage 2 jars of baby food and formula I eat something with a baby applesauce added. He ran a little fever. If I go, even for a minute to go to bathroom, he screams and screams which is very unusual for him. Normally, crying as if hurt. Not even really cry when hungry! I fear he is wounded or sick. He also had his 3rd set of shots and 6 days ago seems a little cough. Teething is that either the vaccine is still made him sick? If this is the shots, Is it right that what is wrong after all this time?
